Matthew 4:19 And he [Jesus] said to them [His Disciples], “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”

Simple and brief message here of what it means to be a Disciple who makes Disciples:

Follow me – Our Active Response to God’s Grace

And I will make you – Jesus Active Response to Our Following Him

Fishers of men – Our Transforming Life as We Become More Like Christ and begin Making Disciples

Though our salvation requires nothing but faith in Jesus, once we give our life to Christ we begin changing from the inside-out.  His heart begins shaping our heart…the things He loves we begin to love.  As we begin to deeply love Him, His love for us expands in the way we love those around us.  What an amazing circle of love God has created!  His greatest commands were to Love God and Love others…makes perfect sense because to love God can only grow into a love for people who, after all, were created in His image!  Love truly is the only way to live!
